What is the easiest way to order books and resources about Mental Health Recovery and WRAP?

The easiest way to order books and resources about Mental Health Recovery and WRAP is to use a credit card. Go to the Book Store on this site. Click on the books or resources you want to order.  Then go to the Shopping Cart and follow the directions to place your order.

I would like to purchase books and resources using a check. How would I do that?

Go to the bookstore on this site and place your order as if you were placing it on line. After you have all the books listed and have gotten your price including shipping and handling, click on the button that says print for ordering by mail. Mail that printed copy along with your check made out to Mary Ellen Copeland to: Mary Ellen Copeland, PO Box 301, W. Dummerston, VT 05357.

Can I order books for my agency (organization, treatment center, school) using a Purchase Order?

You can order books using a Purchase Order. Go to the bookstore on this site and place your order as if you were placing it on line. After you have all the books listed and have gotten your price including shipping and handling, click on the button that says print for ordering by mail. Send the order along with the completed purchase order to Mary Ellen Copeland, PO Box 301, W. Dummerston, VT 05357 and you will be billed for your order.

Can you bill me for my personal order?

Sorry, we cannot bill you for a personal order. Please use a credit card or pay with a check. We can bill agencies, businesses and organizations.

How do I know what books and/or resources would best meet my needs or the needs of my agency or organization?

Go to Book Store where there is a complete description of each book or resource and a table of contents. Also refer to the question

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We do the best we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Plan on at least two weeks for delivery.  If there is going to be a longer delay we will let you know.  If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know. Large orders often take longer to ship.  Again, in that case, we will be in touch with you.
