Food Choices that Enhance Wellness

by Mary Ellen Copeland, Ph.D

The old saying, "We Are What We Eat" is particularly appropriate in these busy times when we have so many food choices. If you are feeling tired or "run down", or noticing that you are not feeling well, your diet may be the  culprit.  The food choices you make can and do affect how you feel all day, and can affect how you sleep at night. I find that I have to be very careful about what I eat so that I: 1. feel my best, 2.  have plenty of energy to do the things I want to and must do, 3. keep myself healthy, and 4. avoid weight gain or weight loss.

Mary Ellen Copeland and her staff cannot address personal mental health problems and issues. We care very much about your concerns but we must focus our efforts on education and resource development.
