What’s in your wellness toolbox? Wellness tools are things we can do to feel better when we’re not feeling well or to help us maintain our wellness every day. They are typically simple, safe, and free—a bit of self-kindness and a way to take care of ourselves. Toolboxes will vary from person to person, but anything that works for us can be a wellness tool. We can find new wellness tools for ourselves by talking with others to see what tools they enjoy.
Wellness tools often need to be updated as we change and grow. Want to update or expand your toolbox? There are many choices and options for making updates: Write or type in your existing WRAP, write in the notes section in the Wellness Recovery Action Plan book (or “Red Book”), use the WRAP Workbook or WRAP on the Go, or update it in your WRAP app for iOS or Android.
